Breakfast- bran muffin from Trader Joes with a cup of fresh squeezed OJ
Lunch- a bunch of random stuff, LOL- asparagus and brocolli baked in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, a sweet potato and kale and avocado salad
Snack- an orange and yummy oatmeal raisin cookies that Shandon made
Dinner- Ryan and I went to Tipps Thai...recommended by a friend and we weren't too impressed. I don't really care for thai food and I don't like tofu (wierd right, a vegan who doesn't like thai or tofu, LOL). But i had mushrooms, onions, pineapple, tomatoes and tofu in a sweet and sour sauce with brown rice. It was alright, LOL!
Dessert- veggie booty spinach and kale chips, so good!
